Graduated from University of Manchester in '98 with a 2nd Class Upper Bachelors' degree in Electronics, Neeza Ali started lecturing in Ngee Ann Polytechnic soon after.

 

After 10 years in the education industry and having completed a Masters in Information Management from Nanyang Technological Unversity, she took the plunge into real estate and never looked back.

Nizam Adli is an Associate Team Director with Propnex Realty Pte Ltd. He has been a real estate salesperson since 2008 and is a business partner with Neeza Ali.

 

His excellent negotiation skills coupled with his leadership and management experience made the partnership well respected in the fratenity.

 

Nizam graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic and did his degree in Engineering Management from the University of Western Sydney when he started working.

 

He held the post of Head of IT Unit at media giant Singapore Press Holdings where manages a team of support specialist and project managers.

 

During his tenure at SPH, he did his post graduate studies and got his Masters of Science in Management degree from National University of Ireland in Dublin.
